Well, except for the suite people......they have now made a roped-off area to the left of the big Mickey entrance (to board the ship) against the wall, for the pre-Boards. No more sitting on the couches by the windows. In fact, no more sitting at all....there are no chairs over there.
Personally, I think it's rather amusing.
"Sure, you guys can board the ship first.....just stand over here against the wall and get a back ache...." :rotfl:

T.O.P. :cool1:

Oh fine - go stand in your special area. Maybe you can do the royal wave as you pass by us peasants. :lmao:

Yeah, I've taken that on a couple of cruises as well. Usually don't use it. I pack it, schlep it, unpack it, let it sit for a week enjoying it's own vacation, and then pack it, schlep it and unpack it. :lmao:

So far the captain has not asked us to dine with him, so I don't feel an ABSOLUTE need to not have wrinkles!!

Scoopie arrived in IL today.....

Hopefully UPS put him in the shade so that he won't melt.....

Hey, wait a sec. Don't take away the ONE person who is willing to eat dinner with me!!!

Stacey, you have to choose....clean buttons......or ME??? :confused3 :lmao: :lmao:

Well, you're in luck, since our plane doesn't even land until AFTER the big to-do!:sad1: :teeth:
So Jim still needs to keep his greasy hands off my buttons! But Little Lisa may stroke them lovingly.........

But that's just it....WE are the peasants! They are standing us against the wall, roped off, with no chairs.....
I'll be surprised if they don't issue us each a striped jumpsuit.....or make us hold up a LEPER sign! :sad2:
OR......:scared: :scared1: a scarlet "A" !!!!

A U-T.O.P. with MARY!!!!!

Just watch out for the flying wine glasses. I didn't dine with the Captain either, but I thought I could sneak up the back stairs to change without anyone seeing me....WRONG....shared the STAIRS and the STARES with the Captain!!!

I bought a bottle but haven't tried it out yet. It seems like the directions said to pull on the garment. Wouldn't that stretch out tees?

Ang

No, because you don't soak the garment in it... just spray it on, a fine mist all over. Don't pull to the point of stretching... just tug at both sides, then top to bottom. I usually take whatever I just sprayed, and 'snap' it in the air like you would when you're folding sheets or towels (hard to explain, but I bet you know what I mean)... do that holding each side (top/bottom/left/right) once or twice. Works like a charm!

I use the stuff ALL THE TIME when I travel for work (which is more often than I'd like to)... but now I've gotten lazy and use it at home when I don't feel like pulling the ironing board out.

Yet another cruise mystery... this is from WESH (Channel 2 here in Orlando)

"A passenger on board the Mariner of the Seas is missing.
The Royal Caribbean ship was en route from Port Canaveral to Coco Cay, the cruise line's private island in the Bahamas. Daniel DePiero, 21, of Augusta, Ga., was last seen late Sunday night.
He told his travel partners that he was heading to bed, but he never made it there.

Royal Caribbean is working with the FBI and Bahamian authorities to try and find him.
So far, an extensive search of the ship has turned up nothing."

Yep, I know what you mean about snapping towels & sheets. I'll have to give it a try before we leave.

Let me just say this right now.

If I come up missing on the ship.....and they have searched everywhere...including that cute crew member's room......

I DID NOT JUMP.

I had to have been THROWN overboard.

I would NOT waste the money.....nor miss out on all the fun....

by JUMPING!!

So...call the FBI.....

And by the way, it would take a minimum of FOUR to toss me overboard....just ask Virgil.

You make some valid points. That'd be one expensive suicide.

Btw, how would Virgil know how many ppl it took to throw you overboard?? Did he and two friends ALMOST do it once? And then did they give up and say "shucks, if only we had one more person!!!" :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

At her vow renewal on the 10 day - a couple of us were going to throw her into the waves.... Only her pleading prevented us from doing it.....;)

I think she posted a pic on the 10 day thread.... I'll see if I can find it....
