Very good action shot, Stacey. Jared is sort of flying. Kevin gets to take pictures at the dress rehearsal for recital, trying out the sports setting on his new camera. He's looking forward to it. The good ones I got that were posted earlier were all sort of poses. Would be fun to catch some mid-air!

I was having Jared run around yesterday, while I tested the sports setting on mine. Very good results. We expect great pictures of Alicia now!

The main problem with action pictures of dancing is the lighting. If the lighting is good and strong then it's not a problem, it not, you have to shutter and stop the camera down so much that action shots tend to be blurry sometimes. I say, let them dance outside!!!

MINE is the Panasonic 9"...with the swivel screen and all that....but this new one is for the kids...wasn't spending that much. Ended up with one made by Polaroid (never seen that before) and came with wireless headphones that Jared loves. It still was a lot of $$. On sale, I think it was $149.00. Was hoping for something half that price.

Stace that soubds like a good deal. Can you please tell em where you picked it up and the model number?

There's a boy on Jared's team from South Africa (I love his Dad's accent!) and his name is Suanu Deeyor.

I'm soooo excited. I love the bag and the shirts are great. Thanks Pam for all your hard work and time. Wait til we are all in that terminal. It's gonna be hard not to notice us. Oh, and the bag...it's going to get a lot of use this summer for all the baseball games. Hubby just shook his head when I showed him. I have a "cooler" fedish, yes-it's true. Woo Wooo!!! The kids were saying that they are going to need earplugs by the time we leave for our trip. And ya know what? I don't care....

Jared's outside playing with the other new toy he got today....a pair of binoculars. That was the gift I chose after playing in the tournament at the Bellagio. Could have gotten a Coach bag, a nice watch, a cappucino machine....but nooooo....I let my son choose something.

We just bought some binoculars to take on our trip to Alaska.

I didn't get to watch any TV tonight. No Apprentice for me. Good thing I have TIVO.

Angie - I'm glad you got good news from the Doctor today. No banana boat for you missy.

Hope all the kids get better soon. My little guy stayed home today and he's coughing while he is sleeping right now. I can hear him. Looks like another day home tomorrow. I'll see how he is in the morning. Calgon...take me away!!! Or DCL...take me away!!!
