home from the viewing/funeral/graveside service and reception (they compacted it all into one day which was very nice)
then went to mike's dad's house to hang out and meet their new puppy. Jake--an 11 week old dauchahound....eh...docksund....eh....daushhund....eh....WEINER DOG!

Only thing that showed up yesterday was Stacey's picture cd, havn't had the time to do anything with it yet.

Good Morning All....a late start for me when I wanted an early one....oh well.

Yesterday I attached the jungle, the jungle won.....there is still so much weeding to do....and it is getting south Florida hot and muggy.....Today, I do need to repot a few flowers I picked up yesterday for a slapsh of colour amidst the green. Also found a tree fern...not priced so I got a deal.. Good thing too as I have managed to kill each one I have had before.

Visisted Mother - she is fine, her house is being painted. White, all white.....(outside) - very boring....I caught Hedgie with a can of red paint.....uh, oh!!!

Decided we needed a few monkeys around the house....found a cute sheet set which is now made into a comforter cover, and pillow cases. Cute for the summer.....not the type of thing you normally find in the bedroom, but then.....I couldn't resist....hee hee.......wonder what Sam will think???

He is off on a dive trip Grrrr.....Kevin and Jim know....Grrr.......Not that I mind him having time off...but come-on --- diving as MY idea....it was a sport we could do together....grrrr....And yes, it is all about me....after all I was the one that set up all the courses grrrrr....oh, but he did give me a wonderful set of gear for Christmas......hum.....nope, still grrrr.....

Great wishes for all our DD's out there........Have a wonderful day and enjoy being spoiled.....All of you deserve it and then some.....

I have no DD to celebrate with....I still miss him.......

Irene, as a newbie cruiser, I didn't know there was a I & II. I just thought that the same tasting was repeated on both days. We could only schedule II as we had Tea with Wendy on the I day at the same time. When we started with II, the beermaster did mention how I was different set of beers.

Not sure how you set something like that up since there is a charge. Then again, there is for Palo too. How did that work with Palo? I guess it's different as they charge when you're done not before.

And, I'll work on it......perhaps the answer will be that we all mob the desk when we arrive?????

The narrative and beers are different for the Day I and Day II....and if there are lots of repeats, the fun begins. We had about 95% repreats on our November cruise......But we had a spectacular brewmaster that trip.....This trip the brewmaster was also good, but a little more sober.....And he did give me black and tans.....

Okay I never intended to imply a B2B 2 weeker. At one time there was an idea of doing B2B Wonder cruises NOT Magic!!!

Have you all seen the new Google Earth software?

Check it out, VERY cool!

You have to install the software, but once you do it will show the earth and can move or zoom in where ever you want and give a 3D view. Sweet!!

Sam found Castaway Cay on google earth -- I'd ask him for the link - oh, I cann't --Grrrrr.....

I'm just now catching up from 3 days worth of posts, so sorry I didn't reply to this sooner. We've always had a verandah (actually, we've always been in the same cabin!), and I wouldn't want to not have one. It's a nice place to escape or to relax while Erin naps, and it's GREAT for drying those swimsuits. But it also just makes the cabin feel a lot larger. For us, it's definitely worth the extra $$.

My 2 cents - we have the navigators verandah and when the seas are rocking to 18-22 feet, it is so wonderful to have open air........

Was the David and Ivan tour at Costa Maya? What did you (if you saw them) think of the ruins there?
We're thinking of a Ruin tour at Costa Maya in December......anyone???

Would have my Mom and Dad with us, which is the same as taking two three year olds.

Stacey -- why are you having to spend the day in the closet?? Are you still trying to get organized after the cruise like I am? I spent most of the afternoon yesterday packing away the suitcase and such and finally got everything washed and put away.
