I like the idea of the off site activities too. Especially the Gardenwalk, I am not much of a bowler but hey you know it could be a lot of fun.

I think I have talked my best friend into going on the Diva's trip with us next year. I sure hope so, it will make it that much more exciting.

Something that I was thinking of for those of us in NorCal/Bay Area - would anyone be interested in doin S.F. and the Walt Disney Family Museum at the Presidio? It wouldn't be a huge thing, but it's an option and it's Disney related for those of us who still need our fix.

Just throwing it out there.

You know that actually sounds like a good idea. It would fill that ocean need too.:thumbsup2

Yup. Yup. And there's always things t do in S.F.

That is so true. One thing that is nice is where the museum is located we can go down to Fort Point and be under the Golden Gate bridge.

Michelle and Belle we had actually talked about that.

I think SF is perfect because if we did a two day trip for anyone who wants to come from down south I thought we could do that one day and then maybe go to Golden Gate park to see the new museum or go to the beach, Pier 39 whatever. There is SO much to do there. I am open for whatever. I figured we could do a Sat and Sunday or Fri night and Sat leaving on Sun or whatever works for people.

We need to get a thread started on the west coast boards but I was telling beth I am not too savy about computers. I would be happy to start one but I am not good at making links or quotes and stuff so maybe someone who is a little more savy might want to do it but if no one can I can start one but it may be really basic.

Anyway I am back from the movie and it was interesting.

I liked it but it was hard to follow but I think the fact that I wasn't feeling the best didn't help and I kept nodding off. I LOVED the photography and 3D though!! I think I just need to watch it again when I am feeling a bit better.

But I will say it was def good and worth seeing I just need to see it again!

Off to watch the oscars. Good night everyone!!

P.S. Good job on the 5K Tina!! :)

:thumbsup2 I like that idea as well! I've been wanting to see that museum!

Glad to see it's been discussed and others are on board. I'd offer to start it up. I love organizing things like that (I'm a little obsessive with the July trip thread somewhere on here ... :rolleyes1) but is a DIVA newbie, lol.

I love going out to S.F.

So I'm just saying.......
A Nor-Cal meet mid week in August...say on the 4th....starting at the Jelly Belly Factory would be pretty cool!!!! Hint-Hint!! I know I'm meeting one person & possible 2 that morning.....would be awesome to see more!!!! :thumbsup2

You know me....I keep trying to talk people into my vacation plans!!! :lmao:

Wow and I wouldn't even have to drive 10 miles for it either. Hmm.....

I just checked the photopass pics I uploaded. And it looks like the Ariel one is there. Someone want to double check?

Wow, you have all been very chatty today but what else is new, right?

We had a great day here: went to church, lunch at Carnie's and then went party supply shopping for Anais' 10th birthday next week. We're having a bug themed party

Now Anais are at home eating Menchie's fro yo while my parents when to a prayer meeting. She's watching Lilo & Stitch downstairs and I'm up in my room. I'll probably join her in a few. Oh and we decided that for this year's halloween, Tyrae (Diana's DBF) is going to be Cobra Bubbles

Have a good night!

El Cap and the Soda Fountain would be fun and there's a mall right across the street too. Even bowling!

I voted already and now I'm eating dinner and watching the Oscars.
