Ok, completely funny story that shows that I still got it...

On Friday night Tay and I went to stay the night at a hotel just to get away for a while. My DD loves the whole hotel/room service life. She craves it. So because I went on the trip last week, I decided to take her to the Sheraton for an overnight treat.

So after I get out of work we head on over to check in. I had a rough week so I am totally not looking my best, and am pretty tired. The guy behind the desk was pretty young. If he was 21 I would be surprised. He starts a little small talk with me and makes a comment on my id picture. To keep the convo from going further, I tell him that I had the same driver license pic for 15 years. That should have given him a clue to let him know I was much older than he. And plus my 14 year old was standing right there. But no.

He starts going all flirty mc flirterson on me. He tells me about his pic. And being polite I nod and smile (thanks for that tip Wendy). So he decides to pull out his pic to let me see. Funniest thing, it was a velcro wallet. Riiiippppp. Hands over his id for me to check out. The whole time Tay is giggling up a storm.

I am in disbelief. Is this youngin really flirting with me??? Sure enough, he was. Too funny. When Tay and I got into the elevator, she said "wow, that guy was totaling flirting with you mom. What was wrong with him?"

Seriously, I was looking all tore up and he still pulled out his velcro wallet. Boys. Did make me feel pretty good though. I still got it.

Happy Sunday "Evening"

Ok I'm skimming but am I reading a Seattle Meet? When? I'll be there in June for my nieces graduation. Since I'll be wanting to keep as much distance from my brother in law I've been trying to find some fun things to do...any ideas? Hmmm Callie, care to meet up for lunch one day?

We went to the snow today near South Lake Tahoe. Believe it or not but Ayden is 6 and this was his first real trip to the snow. We had SUCH a good time! On the way up he didn't think it was real, just kept asking is that real snow. He couldn't wait to touch it! Silly kid.
I posted a bunch of pictures on my FB as well as a hilarious video of us almost taking out the camera man, aka as Chris LOL

What is a GAD blanket? I saw someone post about making some. I was curious as to what that meant.

Well, today was interesting for me. Not to dump all my problems onto you all...it really isn't a problem, it just feels good to get it off my chest. I broke up with my boyfriend today. We have been dating for quite awhile and as soon as we decided to be exclusive last month, he has been crazy jealous and insecure. We would get into arguments about all the guy friends I have on FB and just other lame-o stuff. He was talking about getting married and all this stuff and I just didn't feel ready. Well, that would make him more crazy. Anyways, all the insecurity, topped with his depression, is just too much for this chick. It just stopped being fun. Well, since Thursday he has not spoken to me because he thinks I am messing around behind his back. Soooooo, I sent him a text since he won't answer his phone telling him I am gone. I can't be with someone who is going to treat me this way for no reason and can't trust me. He hasn't responded at all. I just don't get it. I am feeling okay about the break-up, I am just not sure what happened.
Ahhh, I feel better now! Thanks for the vent!

I am off to finish homework and go to bed!
