4th FPs?

Have there been any good options for the fourth fast pass? Do they ever offer any of the eTicket rides? Soarin, Splash, TSM, etc. ?

Depends on the crowd level and what time you go to get your 4th FP. If the crowd level is low and you get your 4th FP early as you can, say around noon, then you might be able to score TSMM for a late return time. If there's a lot of people, then more than likely it'll all be gone by then.

If you're picking your 4th FP later in the day around 4pm or so, unless the park is dead, then most of the big attractions will be gone.

But if you go for it early, then you can get some good stuff. I just wouldn't count on TSMM, Soarin, or Test Track
