4th FP+ via MDE when?

I've been searching and searching but can't find even any speculation, so at the risk of getting flamed, I am asking. Feel free to just post a link if you know where this info is.
I know any FastPass+ reservations after the initial 3 must be made at an in-park kiosk. The MDE app does not have functionality for these. However, is there any projected timeline of when the app will be able to make 4+ FP+? I understand that it wouldn't be a rule, more of an estimate but was holding out a bit of hope that maybe it would be in place for our trip.

None that I know of that Disney has announced, so all I think we can offer right now is useless guesses.
