4th fp+ need help please!

How do I get my 4th fp+ the website is only offering me 3 fp+ for each day!

You can't get the 4th until you use your 3. You have to get the 4th in a kiosk in the park.

Yes, you have to use all 3 of your FP before getting a new one. If you park hop, you have to travel to the new park and then get a FP. For example, I use my 3 FP at Animal Kingdom, and I want to park hop to Epcot. I can only get my 4th FP for Epcot when I get to Epcot. This is one of the down sides of the new system.
