Hi! Looking for a bit of info. on how the process of selecting the 4th FP+, and so on, goes at MK. I know, for example, that you can now book a 4th FP+ once you use your first 3. I am going with two small children, and I see our desired 4th FP+ (and so on) being things like Town Square Mickey, ETWB, POTC, PP, and IASM. Are rides like these and any character interactions ever showing as available at MK when you book the 4th? From what I understand the 4th selections at EPCOT, are pretty dismal, but I wasn't sure if it was likewise at the MK. Thanks!

From my experience 3 weeks ago I think two things matter. How crowded is the park and what time of day you finish your 3rd?

EPCOT for us was very bare.
AK we did not need to book any extra because we used EMH.
DHS we finished riding TS Mania around 1:30 with our 3rd FP. We had got off the ride and the kiosk was right there and we got one for Star Tours for a few minutes later. Toy Story was gone. They did have some for other headliners later in evening but we don't ride.

At MK on our day we were getting extras around 9 pm. We had done EMH and then went back and rested and used FP in evening. Mine Train was gone. Big Thunder was gone. Other than that we had choices. We ended up with another one for Splash. Earlier in day people were getting good extras with the exception of Mine Train.

We just got back from a 10 day trip. I scheduled our fast passes starting at 9:00 and had our last one from 11:30-12:30. We were able to pick up pretty much anything after that with the exception of Mine Train, BTMR (one day it was available; two days it wasn't), Splash, ETWB, PP, and the character meet-n-greets. I'm not sure what time of year you're going and that would influence availability, but I would for sure prioritize the rides I mentioned. Mesaboy has an excellent fastpass list that prioritizes which rides will save you the most time. I would choose those first. Many of the character meet-n-greets may not save you as much wait time compared to some rides such as Splash, but if you know you want them, I'd book them in advance too because they were all gone for additional fastpasses. All the other rides, other than the ones I mentioned above, were available for additional fastpasses.

We even went to MK one night around 9:00 and still had fastpass availability. We were able to get BTMR and Winnie the Pooh. JC, PoC, Buzz, IASW, Magic Carpets of Alladin, etc. were all still available to choose from.

Do you happen to remember if the Tinker Bell M&G was available for 4th FP? Wasn't sure if you meant none of them were available or just A&E, Ariel, etc. Thanks!

I don't believe she was (98% sure), but I could be wrong on this one. I don't recall seeing any meet-n-greet available, including Mickey or Tink. I will say that their lines were the shortest of all the characters. Ariel's was pretty long but doable. Cinderella & Rapunzel was our longest wait, even with a fastpass. We saw Tink and Mickey's meet-n-greet wait time several times--when we went, when we left MK, when we park hopped into MK one evening. We were at MK 4 times on our past trip. It varied from time to time, but we caught Tink's wait time at 15 min. a couple of times. If I were to do it over, I wouldn't use a fastpass to meet Tinker Bell at MK or Mickey & Minnie at AK. Their wait times were all reasonable and had a relatively short wait (15 min. or less). There were times that it got higher, but if you waited a little bit by riding something else, etc. and checking again, we found the time dropped a lot or was very low early in the day. We were there June 16-25, a busy time for sure so I was surprised by the shorter waits for these characters.

We were in MK and used 5 FP+: Peter Pan, Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Flying Carpets and Buzz. These were all by 1:30.

Wow, I occasionally login to look for same day availability so I know what to expect. JC, POTC, Buzz and flying carpets are almost always available within the next hour up to 5 pm. However, overslept crowd level will influence this big time.

As to the OP, ETWB, PP and Town square Mickey (if available) will probably in the evening thus being you last FP.

I assume you have more important rides for the first three FPs.

This is very helpful news, thank you! We will be down there with a 4 and 2 1/2 year old, so we are very much focused on Fantasy Land. It is good to hear that some of our favorite attractions will still be around on FP+ later in the day.
