40th birthday dinner

We (myself, DH, DD17, DD8) will be arriving at WDW on my 40th birthday and staying at the Poly. We will not be doing a park the first day and will arrive probably mid to late afternoon. I am trying to decide where to have dinner. We will probably order a cake. My thought was that it would be easiest to do dinner at a monorail resort. I don't necessarily want to do anything too fancy or somewhere where we will be too stuffed to have cake (like at Ohana). I was considering 1900PF, as we have never done dinner there, even though I know the food probably isn't the best of all our options. I think it will be fun. I want something "Disney" to start off the trip. Any other suggestions?

If you're not looking for "fancy" (in which case, I'd recommend CG, Narcoossees or Citricos), I think that spending your birthday with the Tremaines would be an absolute blast!
