400 Points to Rent/Transfer

We just had to cancel our October trip. We are sad, but hoping it will help someone else out. We have 400 points available--200 are banked, so only available to rent, and 200 can be transfered to another DVC account. Our home is BWV, and our use year is February, so points must be used by January 31. We are asking $10 a point, and will accept non-credit/debit card paypal, a money order or a cashier's check.

Sunday July 23- 28 2006 ( 5 night)

Sunday July 30 - Aug 4 2006( 5 nights)


I believe its 11 points per night at Boardwalk and 14 at the Y & B Club

55 + 70 = 125 points

I'm very interested in Yacht/Beach club for Nov. 26 through Dec.3 - I believe that calculates to 127 points; are your points valid during this timeframe?
