I just rechecked the card and it's addressed to me with my full name, first, maiden, married. Which is how I am registered on the disneyparks site. We have never booked a ressie with that name. I am always the lead name and it's just booked with my first and married name.
I still have no theory on how they send them out because I would have guessed that there was no incentive for them to send me anything. We stayed onsite 3 times in a span of 16 months. The length of the 3 trips was from 8-14 nights. The latest being June/July of this year. I would think that on paper we sound like a sure thing.
I'm still calculating, in my head, the cost of maybe staying someplace I would never spend the money on ie: BC or Poly.

No, Disney doesn't allow "stacking" of codes. You can switch to free dining...if it is offered...but sometimes what is available with FD is not what you already have booked, so you might have to change resorts or category of room. HTH
