ETA: I think this does what you were asking about... again it's mostly veg, but I did throw in a turkey sandwich at the end. With the veggie burger it would be even less expensive and I could have substituted a coffee for the OJ at breakfast that day.

I love this thread -- we are doing a trip this summer where we will be on
DDP the first half of the week and OOP the second. We're going to do the pricier restaurants ('Ohana, LeCellier) while we're on the DDP and then eat lighter when we're not, and I love that there are so many ready-made suggestions!
