..................and I'm very excited!!

4 weeks today we will be travelling to Gatwick to do Virgin's twilight check-in and will then be staying at the Hilton. I can't wait!

I've done my ADR's and I've got my list of things to pack.

The only think all I need to do now is try to find out the address of our house from the managing agents for the API.

Here's our rough plan for the 3 weeks - what do you all think?

Saturday 12th August - Flight 11.15
Sunday 13th August - At "home" and food shopping
Monday 14th August - Sea World
Tuesday 15th August - Rest day
Wednesday 16th August - Busch Gardens
Thursday 17th August - Rest day
Friday 18th August - Islands of Adventure
Saturday 19th August - Rest day
Sunday 20th August - Shopping - not sure where yet
Monday 21st August - Water Park - probably TL
Tuesday 22nd August - Magic Kingdom (ADR at Crystal Palace)
Wednesday 23rd August - Rest day
Thursday 24th August - Animal Kingdom (ADR at Rainforest Cafe)
Friday 25th August - Rest day
Saturday 26th August - Epcot (ADR at Nine Dragons)
Sunday 27th August - Rest day
Monday 28th August - Kennedy Space Centre
Tuesday 29th August - Rest day
Wednesday 30th August - MGM
Thursday 31st August - Rest day
Friday 1st September - Universal
Saturday 2nd September - Downtown Disney check in? Flight home
Sunday 3rd September - Arrive Gatwick & it’s my birthday :(

Sarah, that looks great and I like the idea of plenty of rest days.
You have a good mixture of the parks & relaxation.

Everyone's plan is different which is the best way.

We just plan the first 3 days or so apart from the ADRs we have booked and then just see how we feel each day.
We have a Crystal Palace booking too for the 15th ;)

looks like an excellent plan, as we have young kids we tend to not be able to manage ful days in the parks so we tend to do a morning or an afternoon and rest the rest of the day, but i would prefer to do a full day of parks followed by a full day of rest

Thanks for the feedback. The plan is a rough one and will very much be dependent on the weather and how the girls are behaving (ages 12 & 6)!!

Some of the rest days may change to 2nd days at certain parks or extra water park etc etc.

I bet a lot of them will change to park days :teeth:

Looks good :)

We travel out the day after you :thumbsup2

Looks like a great plan with plenty of wiggle room, good job :thumbsup2

Looks good

Mines

a week at Universal, both parks Kennedy space center (booked) and most likley Clearwater for a day.
A week on the Disney magic.
A week at the Poynesian, all parks over the week with ADR's booked on DDP.

Sarah I'm surprised that you can leave WDW for so long!! Our first day is always MK,we usually delay using our flex pass so that we have a decent choice into our 2nd & 3rd weeks but as we normally get Hoppers or as they are now MYW no-expiry,we can go back to WDW anytime in the 3 weeks. I always plan in plenty of rest days but things just seem to happen to them......

The logic behind leaving WDW til the end is we're hoping it will be slightly less busy by then! You're right though - I'm sure it will change and we'll end up doing some parks more than once :) Fortunately we have a 7-day magic your way ticket!
