so happy I found my dress for BFF DD Bat Mitzvah at David's Bridal...can't figure out how to post it here so if you want to go take a look its #S256930 in the eggplant/purple..love how it fits and looks on me!
also ordered cute flats for megan that will be dyed to match the wrap we got in a light blue chiffon!

BLB has welcomed their first child!!! his name is ~ Kervin ~ and its such a little cutie pie today is Brit's 23rd birthday, what a wonderful gift! they've also started their sponsorship drive on the website!

thought I'd share some more "memory lane" photos....

these are from Megan's first trip to DLR April 2003 - my mom treated us to the trip in my Daddy's memory, he has just died in Feb and had always wanted to take his grandkids ....we celebrated Megan's 3rd and nephew Zach's 7th bdays while we were there....

these next photos are from Thanksgiving 2003 - we had moved to North CA that summer and promised Megan a trip to see Minnie if she finished potty training....the power of the mouse is strong in our house

this is from the Aladdin and Jasmine show in the MK, the kids get picked out of the audience to play a "part"...Megan was picked and so excited, she got on stage and when the "barker" told her she would be playing "Jafar" (they would hold a mask up) she started crying and said she wanted to play "jasmine" so she ended up coming off stage....after the show the CM's, Jasmine and Aladdin gave her some extra attention and the button anyways...Jasmine told her "sorry, but I have to play myself" which Megan responded to "well I would of done a good job" they all got a kick out of that!
