4 Night Cruise W/ Freeport Suggestions

We are trying to decide what excursions are worth the money.
We are leaving the kids at home this trip(its our first cruise) so its just my wife and I.

We want to do something at Nassau, but don't know if we should do an excursion, get a room at Atlantis for the waterpark, or go it on our own.

The Freeport stop we are planning on just kinda looking around maybe shop a little, but spend most of the day at the Vista Spa and on the ship.

Castaway Cay we will hit the adult beach and do some snorkling.

Anyone who can offer suggestions would be of big help.

Nassau:
You can take a taxi over to Atlantis
1. Play in the casino
2. Do the Dig Tour I believe its $25/person
3. Get a Room at Atlantis or comfort Suites so that
you can utilize the beach & pool at Atlantis

Freeport: ( Not much at Freeport - if you stay on the ship you
are not misssing anything)

1. Go to the International Market Place about 10 min
Taxi Ride - Next to Casino
2. Go to the Lucayan Beach Resort - use the beach
or go to the shopping area across the street
