...... is all it took to book my May '05 OKW. The clock stated as soon as I entered the phone number.... even before the first "ring"..... and stopped the second I pressed "end". As far as customer service is concerned, that ain't to shabby.
I just reserved a May 05 trip on Tuesday...took about the same amount of time...and that's just because I was confirming that Janet used the right points (banked) for the first room). She's one of the best CMs we've spoken with so far.
