4 days, 1 park and lots of resorts...and of course some ip-dips..A photo tour

***This report contains mostly pics of signs and photos around resorts till the 2nd to last day. It was a solo trip with a specific reason.**

Thought I would bring this over to here now.

So like I said this report will be mostly me going around the different resorts.

But you will get to meet some ip-dips along the way.

So 5 am the alarm goes off.

I jump into a

5:25 I am walking out the door. I say goodbye to Biff (he says I woke him up) oops.

So I go walk up to Amsterdam and hail a

We are off.

I arrive at LaGuardia and took me about 5 minutes or less to get through security. Now I wait for my flight.

I believe I had Dunkin Donuts for breakfast.

Then the plane comes in.

"Iphone pics coming up, not so clear".

So we board and we are on time. Taken while sitting there to pull out of gate.

We leave and are third to take off.

We get airborn and I take a few pics.

see the white dot, that is the moon. it was out everyday.

We are soon descending into Florida.

We are in Florida. Want proof?

I love the live map on Jetblue, I watched it all the way down.

And here we are just about to land.

I then go and catch the tram to the main terminal (bad pic)

I then head to

I get in line

less than 5 minutes I am through it and getting in this line.

oh wait I am the only one here.

I'm at work just browsing the DIS...I leave on thursday it can't come soon enough! I'm heading to Pop so you better post some details of that place before then!

Day 1:

So as I got to the line like I said I was the only one. I got in line and 1 minute later I was told to go outside, I did, and got onto a bus that was practically full.
I sat down and the people in front of me must have been living large as they both had there seats pushed all the way back. Half way there the lady in front of me moved her seat up.
Now this bus was stopping at AKL, POP and CSR. Guess what, POP was first.

So now that I am first to be dropped off we arrive at POP. I make my way to the registration desk and guess what, no one is in line. I was so happy.

I got checked in and was told I would be in the 70's. Fine with me. So I got all my paperwork and left and walked outside to the busses.

The kid next to me is looking at me strange.

Off to Downtown Disney I go.

December I will definitely go in here.

I also got the menus for here but will not post those.

I was thinking of eating here but I had other thoughts going through my head.

Day 1:

So I kept walking around and came to

Then I came to the "MADHOUSE" of DTD.

While I am walking I here a kid say "look at the big t-rex". I knew I reached my destination.

I will say I was not too impressed. It was cute and all but I guess for a budget trip I would stay again but otherwise I would not.

I have stayed there before but mom has not. It is what it is, its better than NOT staying at disney!

I went to the newly opened T-Rex Cafe...

Ok so I go up to the podium and ask if I could be seated and how long? They say I can sit at the bar right away or wait 20 minutes for a table. I chose the table.
So I start looking around.

I thought this one was so cute.

On the other side is the playground for kids to play in.

This is the podium you go to when they call your name.

Sorry so dark. This is inside. When you look in u see the podium on the left, then there is a little stand behind it. all the way over to the left is the bar area. Straight ahead is the animatronics (sp?) of a T-rex and 2 little ones.
Then on the right side is the gift shop and there is also a "Build-a-Dino" workshop.

Here is the t-rex when u walk in. It goes often and roars.

Hours

Gift shop ceiling. you can see the sign for the build-a-dino part.

Celing in the bar area. It is a jurassic sea theme.

Not the best pic but that is the bar in the background. it has a huge aquarium behind it.

Someone was angry with the wait. :rotf:

This is the first room I entered. It was a jurrasic sea also. That is a large jellyfish. little dark, sorry.

Sorry the next ones are dark.

The ceiling in the room I sat in.

The room next to me was the ice age room. It was really cool to see the "ice" change colors all throughout my meal.

After that I left.

**REVIEW**

I checked in and the ticket said 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I got seated but I had to go up to the podium and ask what the hold up was.
*First you walk by the bar area. It is fantastic looking.
*Next room is the sea area. Fish tank in the middle, giant jellyfish hanging. really cool.
*Next is the forest or jungle room. This is the room I ate in. The ceiling looks like moss hanging. It was a cool place.
*Ice room is next to this and the ice changes colors. It was really fun to watch.
*next room is the asteroid room. I only saw this room at a quick glance. Someone else ate here :whistle: maybe they can describe it better.

*Food*
I got a cheeseburger. It comes with pasta salad or potato chips. You can substitute for $1.99 waffle fries which is what i did.
I asked for the burger to be well done but it was more medium well. It did not matter, this burger was one of the best I have had.
Topped with shredded lettuce, tomoto(none for me), onion, pickles(not for me) and on top of that an onion ring. Incredible is the only thing to describe it.

*Drink*
I decided to have the cotton candy appletini and decided to get the souvenir shaker for $12.99
They put the cotton candy in the glass and then pour the drink over it. I was sitting there wondering how I was going to eat the cotton candy but it fully dissolves. One of the best drinks I have ever had. It was very strong too.

Overall I really enjoyed it. The waiting was not necessary and if you wait longer than your ticket then go to the podium and ask.
It is pricey and a little noisy. It was my first meal eating alone down there and I really enjoyed it.

One nite we walked the whole DtD area. We found a little Ferry behind the House of Blues that takes you back to the Market Place. You should see how pretty this picture is from out on the water.

Great Downtown Disney photos! I just Downtown Disney and I felt like I was there myself.

TRex looks so cool. I really want to go there now, but I don't know if I'll be able to fit it in on my May trip. The Cotton Candy Martini sounds like something I would definitely want to order!

Day 1:

So my DTD expedition coninued on.

Right next door is McDonald's

Guess I love dinosaurs.

Then I came to Fulton's. I would like to eat here some time.

Another side of it.

This place was busy.

Yet another view.

I would like to eat here once.

No cigars for me.

I went in here. I liked a few things but did not buy anything.

Sad I never got to experience this.

Maybe someday I will get here too.

See OhMari I found the boat. It was relaxing.
So now I jump on the boat and take it over to Marketplace.

Old key West and I met some Ip-Dips.

So now I get off the boat at Marketplace and jump right on the boat for Old Key West.

Along the way I saw the progress they are making on the treehouse villas.

Then I made it.

I ate here many years ago.

booze it up.

I got a soda here.

I still have the mickey keychain from here and use it everyday that I got 8 years ago. I no longer have the ashtray.

Let's mail a postcard.

Then I took the bus around the resort to see it all. Then i jumped off at the front. I went back to.

Heading to Saratoga I saw the treehouses again.

I love these boats, I think the rides are so relaxing.

Now I should have jumped off here, but I did not.
