4 day Wonder - What is dinner Attire?

Wondering what to pack for DH & I on our upcoming cruise. DH would prefer to wear dress shorts & a nice shirt. Can he do that or does he have to wear nice pants each night? Thanks

Hi there i really do not think you can wear dress shorts i think it has to be pants we are on the May15th 4 day wonder cruise and from what i have read you have to wear pants though i cannot be sure hope all goes well

Disney requests no shorts at dinner. Just pack a pair of slacks to slip on for dinner. If he just wears them for dinner one pair should do. If he spills on them you can have them laundered for very little $$. He will need a jacket if you plan on Palos.

Just got back...no shorts for dinner. DH brought one nice pair of pants and 4 different shirts - and changed after dinner so he wouldn't get anything on the pants. On one or two of the nights he even wore jeans - they were nice new ones. We saw a variety of attire on the cruise.

Hi, I know that DCL has a strick dress code policy for adults. Do you think or know if they would have a problem with boys whom wear dress shorts and button down shirt for dinner pose a pblm, he's 4. Of course, Trintons will be dress slacks!

I believe the dress code is for everyone not just adults. We didn't see any children in shorts at dinner.
