Can you buy a 4 day php anywhere in Canada..if so-how much?
Grover in Winnipeg

Disney has only authorized the 5 & 7 days for sale in Canada. I had relatives going earlier this year that only wanted the 4 (wouldn't take the 5, although they go every couple of years) and I just wasn't able to get them.

I'm fairly new to all this, but you might try advance purchase through Disney.com there is definitely a savings to purchasing in advance. Tickets can be waiting for you at the park gates.

Good Luck:earsgirl: I wish it were me. I've been the last 6 years in a row and just can't get enough of the mouse. I've never done Ohana for dinner, now I have a reason to make it 7 in a row??

Cross your fingers ya'll I'm workin on it:)

I don't think it will work through the disney.com website. I know if you go to the disney.ca site, which will lead you to the disneyworld.ca site, they only offer the 5 and 7 day there too.

Okay, I just tried it. If you go to disney.com and try to purchase tickets and put "canada" as your country, they only show the 5 and 7 day. If you put USA it will show the 4 day. However you have to register or sign in to purchase, and that requires your address.

I've been through it with all my suppliers, and they all tell me the same thing. Disney won't authorize sale of anything less than the 5 day for Canada.

Thanks for checking. Looks like my family will have to get them at the gate or the resort then.
That is to bad, I have several people coming to the wedding for only 3 or 4 days-to bad they won't be able to park hop with us.

Either that, or they get the 5 day and save the other 1-2 days for the next time they go to WDW. They don't expire.

And if they decide that they're NEVER going back to WDW, then they can give the passes with unused days to YOU, so you can use them next time you go!

What about ordering them from one of the ticketbrokers. I know ticketmania has some pretty good offers on the 4 day right now and they ship free to Canada.

Also Alamo is offering the 3 day plus but someone else said you can get other tkts from Disney through them, maybe the 4 day and then use will call. Some of our party are doing this for the 3 day plus. They are calling to order and if Alamo asks about car they will make a ressie and cancel once order has been processed.

You may also want to check www.discountorlandovacation.com others have reported good service from them.

How about not even telling them your Canadian. Call the hotel and see about getting them to be held there? And you'll pick them up at the gates? 1-407-Disney? I would be shocked that you can't? It doesn't seem right.:(

Grover; We nailed some 3 day PHPs (3 park days and 1 plus) for us$179 thru Disney's special tix dept (407-934-7639). You need to have an Alamo rental car reservation to buy them, but they can be bought (we just bought some for friends visiting us in Nov).

There are a bunch of non-traditional tix available; I found out about these on Mousesavers.com, a great info source for all sorts of stuff. Also, if you have a pal you trust here in the States, they could always score a few 4 day PHs at the AAA price and ship them to you. Then again, you can always buy the 5 day PHPs, and saved the unused days and pluses for another visit. And also, who says you need to buy them in advance anyway? You can buy the 4 day PHs right at the gate.

Good luck Grover! and greetings to Winnipeg, one of my fav cities anywhere.

I'm sure I ordered them in advance by calling 1-407-Disney and picked them up at the park. They're a litlle cheaper if you order in advance too.

Thanks for all the ideas guys!
I have found a ticket broker that sells them and has free shipping-so I passed the info onto my family.
Thanks also for the alamo info-one group may need to rent a car so this could work for them.
Unfortunately they won't buy any more days than they need-they aren't returning/budget!

We are also looking for a three or four day Park Hopper Pass as we will only be in Orlando for 6 days and want to visit Universal for 1 or 2 days.

I will try calling Disney to see what we can buy from them directly, as we can only get a 5 or 7 day PHPlus from the websites or CAA.

If that doesn't work, we may end up buying single tickets at the gate. The disney.com website says you can add an extra day and save $5 off the single ticket price. You can also add two extra days and save $10 off the single ticket price. This 3 day pass costs $164.28 (adult) and $129.13 (child). However, the big negative is that each day is considered "one day-one park" so no park hopping is allowed.

I don't think we'll end up going this route, but it may be a good option for some of you.

I may be a day late and a dollar short, but I found a website MapleLeaffTickets.com A 4 day phplus including taxes is only $226/185 Adult/Child AND they deliver to your hotel!!!:) This is the best deal I've seen so far As well, they have Universal Studio Tickets and more. Check it out. I think that's the best rates I've seen so far. Most places don't tell you about the little extras (i.e. taxes) :) I really like that they will deliver right to your hotel. No fuss, no hassel.

4 Day Park Hopper Plus:

I also checked out mapleleaftickets.com and they are charging $226 for adult ticket and $185 for child ticket, plus $6 shipping to Canada.

Next, I checked out discountorlandovacation.com and they are charging $224 for adults and $184 for children. They add 2.5% on the total order for international orders and you have to either pick them up in Kissimmee or have them FedEx'd to your home at your own expense.

Then, I called Disney CRO directly (407)934-7639 and entered 1 for making a new reservation as there was no separate line for purchasing tickets.

Disney will sell me a 4 Day Park Hopper Ticket (no plus option of visiting a waterpark, etc.). The advance purchase price is $215.13 for adult ticket and $172.53 for child ticket. These prices include tax. They will mail the tickets for $3.00 per order or if your trip is coming soon and you're staying at a Disney resort, they will deliver the tickets to your hotel.

Since we won't need to go to a water park in November, I will more than likely order direct from Disney. Plus, I feel a little safer ordering from them and they send you the actual tickets.

When we bought our tickets through a Canadian travel agency on our last trip, they were vouchers and we had to wait in a separate lineup to exchange them for the actual tickets, which was a bummer.

I forgot to mention that the gate price for the 4 day Park Hopper Pass (no Plus) is $233/adult and $186/child. So the prices from mapleleaftickets.com and others may not be worth it.

Also, Disney does not sell a 3 day pass - you'd have to buy individual one, two or three day tickets but there are no park hopping privileges.

Has anyone else found a better price than $215/adult and $172/child?

If your not going to a waterpark then I'd say go for it. the "Plus" only works out IF your doing a waterpark I think it's something like 32/29 US per person then times the exchange made the Plus worth it. Just be sure to get your hand stamped when exiting a park if you want to return later, you may have problems. Maple Leaf has no hidden fees i.e. 2.5% and they will deliver to your resort as well for $3 or 4. Highly worth it and I'm hearing they are really reliable. Anyhow if your not doing waterparks you don't need the bells and whistles of a php "plus".

Enjoy:Pinkbounc I wish it were me:Pinkbounc

ok I'm confused. Did you just say 233 for 4 days no plus??? I'm staring at prices of $226 All Taxes included at Mapleleaf.com? I'm getting looney, it's past my bed time. I think Mapleleaf beats all other deals. Add it up and see.
Good Luck whatever you decide.

Actually, I was "slumming" over on the Budget Board (only kidding), and saw a thread offering a legit source for a 2 Day PHP running at around $130 US. We already have our 3 day PHPs for our Nov guests and wanted to have the option of another day anyway, but wow, a 2day PHP, that's prety close to ideal for a short-stay guest who's not planning on much park time.

and au contraire Dreamin' Disney; I just bought the 3 day PHP, and now have them in my hot little hands. It's just a special ticket reserved for those with an Alamo reservation. I have listed the phone number you need to call in order to get them in my earlier post.

To eculmone... The 4 day PHP (no plus) is $215.13/adult and $172.53/child including taxes. This is the best deal, unless you want to buy a plus pass to go to one of the waterparks.

To pumpkinboy... How much did you pay for the 3 day PHP with the Alamo Reservation? And are you planning the keep the car reservation or cancel it?
