Normally, I would rattle off my standard favourites off the top of my head. Like a PP I could give you a dozen more without breaking a sweat. But I thought I would stop and have a bit more fun with you.
Since you're from Britain, I'm thinking you've travelled on the Continent a time or 3

, so I'm not going to recommend a lot of Euro cuisine-you will have had much better. Similarly I'm not going to recommend my top 1TS credit restaurant: Sanaa. You've had better Indian cuisine on the high street of your nearest town. And since you are on the QSDP I'm not going to name many places inside the parks, since that's where you'll be using a lot of your dining credits.
So my choices for you would be:
1. HDDR: At Ft. Wilderness. A western themed Vaudeville style dinner show with western-style, down home foods plus all you care to drink beer(American

) and Sangria. Hilarious and delicious.
2. Boma (buffet) or Jiko (signature) at the AKL. African inspired, well spiced (NOT spicy) foods in a wonderful atmosphere.
3. Ohana: a family-style meal (DH calls in carnivore heaven) at the Poly with Polynesian inspired food and the best bread pudding I've ever eaten.
4. La Hacienda: overlooking the Lagoon outside the Mexican Pavilion at Epcot. This is the only place I've recommended inside a park. Serves authentic Mexican cuisine rather than the TexMex variations you usually find in the States. The pork with mole sauce is absolute heaven.
4b. If Mexican isn't your thing, then my alternate would be Citricos at the Grand Floridian. Mediterranean inspired fine dining and one of the most romantic signatures we've found in WDW.
Whatever you choose, I hope you have a wonderful trip.
