Barcelona - Spain - Pablo Picasso ?!

No not on funny meds but very sick! When you live in San Diego and you hear Pablo's all you can think of is chips and salsa, tortillas and tamales!

Pablo's LOVE IT!!! I think that's a great temporary name for Palo!!!

As for the logo - I personally like the Mickey ears too - Friends, Romans, ... But, I did also vote for the Aladdin one -- I have two boys and they used to watch Aladdin a lot when they were younger.

Just wanted to share some exciting news.

Some friends of mine decided that since we were all reading the book Wicked, that they would just run off to see the play in LONDON! I hinted to my DH they were going, but I did not really want to ask to go since we just went on a cruise in November and now we are going on this one.

Yesterday my friend came to the door and said that she was getting ready to click the button to purchase the Wicked tickets and wanted to see if I was going or not, and my DH said "of course she's going"! They had already talked him into it. OMG! I am so excited. He said that it was going to be my birthday present. So 7 of us are headed for London on February 3rd thru the 7th. Yay!!! No children and no husbands. They were talking about eating at Gordon Ramsey's restaurant, but maybe I could talk them into eating at Pablo's

Watch out London here come those crazy American women you have heard so much about!

My DH fell asleep before he had a chance to check out, but DS (6) had trouble deciding a 3 hour tour and Aladdin. He finally decided he liked Aladdin best. However he really liked Woody, and I had to explain that wasn't our cruise.

I like the Ears well..so just let us know what wins!

I love the music! Problem is, when I listen to it, I listen over and over and then find it difficult to go to sleep because I'm hearing it still. Had the opportunity to see a touring production here - there is more to the story than what's on the soundtrack. Love the ending - won't tell, though.

Supposedly Disney got confused! Even though I had explained the entire situation correctly to the CS, and it seemed they were going to give me credit yesterday, they decided to play confused and hold onto their $$$$.

I would be much happier right now if they just would have given me a polite no you don't qualify yesterday.

Lynne, was it you who mentioned lanyards? How economical would it be for us to have them? I think it would be cool. Definitely interested, we were just going to use lanyards from work but custom made ones would be so much nicer!

It was me. That was one of the reasons for trying to come up with a theme / logo. I think it is definitely doable. Makes it so much easier to spot each other.

I voted, I voted.

Been very busy running back and forth to the hospital helping my dear girlfriend out. Her daughter is 5 mos. pregnant and had over a foot of her intestine removed new years eve. SO THANKFUL these two lives were saved. It is such a joy to be cooking and serving and ministering to this family which is my second family.

I brought her a Disney autographed pillow case from my last cruise so she would have magical dreams. Can't think of a better use as she has lots of days ahead in bed.

I have DH picking out excursions because I am so just overwhelmed. I think Rome is going to be our big day.

I am way behind on the posts. 2 WDW trips in December with the holidays thrown in there really messed me up on keeping up with life in general. I have one more trip to WDW in February and then I will be fully focused on the cruise planning.

I got the 100 cabin credit letter. I don't know if it will still apply or not, I rebooked the room to a gty cat 12 cabin. It cut the cruise cost in half and just couldn't resist that. Just need to get the air reservations and the reservations for paris after (will use DVC points to stay at Disneyland Paris)

Did you keep the same reservation #? If so, I imagine it would transfer.

Hi Rob- this is an issue I know very well. The $100 cabin credit letter must have your current reservation number on it. If so they will honor. If you re-booked after Nov 27th, and have a new booking number, then you are out of luck and they will not transfer to new reservation number. If you re-booked before Nov 27th, then you should be good.

Glad we booked when we did, kids cruise free no longer applies to Cat. 12 reservations. We saved $900+ (which btw is ridiculous for a 2 year old).

I think I finally got some answers from Disney today. I received a sheet with private vans/minibuses and the prices were HIGH. Ex. In Rome for 1-15 people it was $2300! I asked how I would know how many people would be on the bus so we could split the cost-if there were 15 it would not be too bad. I was told there was no way to know that until we were on the ship. HE told me to book one of the tours and then we can always change to the minibus when we got on the ship. We want to do this bacause my husband has a hard time walking fast so we thought this would be easier. Is there anyone else interested in doing this for Rome, Naples and Florence? Maybe we can get 15 people and once we are on the ship we can request the mini bus. Has anyone done this before and does it work out ok?
