



Today is a planned day off from exercise (since I ended up exercising on Thursday). I have lower back issues and really have to take 1 day/week off just so I can keep moving

Target: 23 points
Breakfast: hardboiled egg, oatmeal, banana (5)
Lunch and Dinner: Taking the kids to Subway. I'll get a footlong veggie delite and eat half at each meal. Total points will be (8).
Snacks: rice krispies with strawberries and fat free milk (5), WW 1 point bars (3), apple (2)
