That's me doing my jumping jacks, LOL!! It's day 6 of our get in shape journey. I have to admit to being human and slipping a little last night. The bad news is that I went over my daily points....the good news, I hadn't used any flex points yet for the week, so I'm still good AND the stuff I ate wasn't loaded with fat
. Anyway, today is a new dayToday is a planned day off from exercise (since I ended up exercising on Thursday). I have lower back issues and really have to take 1 day/week off just so I can keep moving
. I can definitely feel the Biggest Loser power sculpt workout from yesterday!Target: 23 points
Breakfast: hardboiled egg, oatmeal, banana (5)
Lunch and Dinner: Taking the kids to Subway. I'll get a footlong veggie delite and eat half at each meal. Total points will be (8).
Snacks: rice krispies with strawberries and fat free milk (5), WW 1 point bars (3), apple (2)
