I thought we settled on white lanyards with LIME GREEN to go with our Running Mickey logo (the round orange & blue one). That white ribbon will look so good after two weeks of wear.

Stop giving me a heart attack!!!! :rotfl2:

Secretly this voting poll is just a scam as the order has already been placed. LIME GREEN is the official color with black lettering. :rotfl2:

shhhhh - you were not supposed to tell! What do you think I am packing in my living room :) LOL -

Just kidding

...YES LYnne thats it LOL !...you are a magician!

Nothing magical about me - it's the computer. I was going to quote you; but in the typing box, I saw the string for the picture on snapfish; pasted it in my address bar - there was the picture - I slid it onto the website and also on my desktop. Opened photobucket and uploaded it there. Now I have the ability to put it in any post on this bulletin board. Who knows where you might show up. :rotfl:

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

With your love of LIME GREEN and your girls' preference for PINK, your family must be quite the preppy image, a la the early 1980s.

And, no, I haven't been in Krisann's living room.

:cool2:Hey I was already in the National Inquirer once ........ya never know

Ok so here is a sample of why we had 14 suitcases on the last TA! :scared1:

This is the start of getting the dresses organized for the girls. Now mind you this does not include the casual dresses they will wear during the day. These are mostly just for at night. DD's LOVE to dress up!

OMG!!! Look at all of those dresses! I don't know if I have owned that many dresses over my entire life!

Hmmmm... starting to think that DH and I are going to look a little shabby with our ONE SUITCASE each!!!:rotfl2:

Lanyards: One further note, DVC gives out lanyards that are black with white lettering. One thing to consider for the "different" factor, in addition to the other lanyards given out for repeat cruisers.

Clothing: I used to do the tuxes and suits and everything else, but now I'll wear a nice shirt and tie. My weight's been fluctuating, too, so I'm a bit cranky because a lot of what I like to wear accidentally shrunk - I never got bigger! :rotfl:

With the Transatlantic and luggage constraints, there's really no way I'm expecting to fit my tux, a suit/sports coat, and have clothes to wear during the day and on less formal nights. Three+ weeks of vacation, and having to do planes/trains/automobiles (and a ship)...with one carry-on. That's self imposed, though, because my luggage allowance is 3 bags weighing no more than 23kg/51lbs. However, I'm not schlepping that around Spain and the UK! I'm not one to judge others for dress, but I'm more likely to be more casual, although I'm not going to be in shorts or unbuttoned shirts at dinner.

OK, this is yet another reason I am so glad I have a boy!!! A couple pairs of Khaki pants & a few polo shirts & you are good to go! For the record, I don't think in my entire life I have ever owned that many dresses!!!

I was a little upset to see that Disney scheduled Pirate Night on a port day.

I just thought of a reason: safety. Since they usually do fireworks during the Pirates IN the Caribbean Party, perhaps they set the date to be somewhere near land in case of emergency.
I've been on two DCL Panama Canal cruises. Both times they had the fireworks on a port night, when we had late all aboard times.

Each time, it was a big deal for the town to have a Disney ship visit. For many of the local kids, this was about as close to a Disney park as they would ever get. DCL would play it up with a firework show for the town to see.

Emma's Mom/Hannah's Dad will both want lanyards....but we won't need any for the kids or for the Grandparents. So, just two total for our group. Also, only my family is doing the FE (again, not the grandparents-- they). So please don't include them in the counts for FE or lanyards.

Thanks!
