3YO birthday at MGM

Planning a day at MGM for my DD birthday.
Is there anything special they do at that park for birthdays?
I know at MK you can go to city hall to get a ITS MY BIRTHDAY button.
Canyou do the same at MGM?

I believe you can do it at any park. I would make an ADR for a character meal (do they have any at MGM? I'm not sure). But if you can't, make sure wherever you eat, you tell the server right away that it's a birthday. They bring a cupcake and a card, usually.
