I am back to being good today after a really naughty weekend (not that sort of naughty weekend unfortunately ) Hoping I can undo some of the damage before I weigh in on Wednesday.

I'm really taking charge of myself over the next few weeks. I want to lose the last extra pounds before we go on holiday. Thinking of those holiday piccies and wedding piccies, so want to look my best. Will be weighing on Wednesday.
I am giving up some of my time on the Dis in the evenings for the gym So hopefully the fact that I will be exercising twice a day will shift those last few pounds.
I've stayed the same this week (which I reckon is lucky seeing as I've eaten loads of naughty stuff). I have been very complacent about it for the last few weeks but now I have a new determination to lose another stone at least by the end of the next pledge (Joh's determined face!)
