So my RX changed and I need new glasses, but since I don't wear my glasses all the time I am going to order from www.39dollarglasses.com. Looking at my current pair, the size is 46-19-135. I found a pair on the site that are a slightly different, the 135 is 140 and the other numbers are 1 or 2 off. I have no idea what this means in terms of size...and I don't want something that is entirely too big for my face. Anyone have experience with this and ordering with them? TIA :)

I used them---great customer service. They will replace frames if they break within 1 year (mine broke like 4 days before expiration).

This is from their FAQ:
Frame Sizes/Measurements

The size numbers next to the frames are measurements in mm (millimeters).

For the listed SIZE of the frame,
  • the first number is the width of the lenses;
  • the second is the distance between the lenses,
  • the third is the full length of the temple/arm (including the part that goes behind your ear)..
The TOTAL WIDTH of the frame is the distance across from the far left to the far right of the frame when looking straight at it.

You might want a smaller frame because those temples are going to be too long. I think that you can do a print out of the frames to see the actual sizing.
