I too was curious knowing we've never tipped outside of restaurants and Mousekeeping. I found this online but not sure if I'm allowed to post it (keeping my fingers crossed).

When anyone provides me a personal service while traveling I offer a tip. Some Disney CMs will decline and that is fine but for me, it is best to make the offer and be declined than to inadvertently stiff someone.

When someone does something that provides a service I think deserves it I tip. For me it's a personal choice. Example, When we were there last year there was a m
bunch of leaves all along the side of the loop heading up to my site. I sucked a bunch into the radiator slots and were blocking the radiator. The cast member who cleans and preps the sites between guests blew everything out for me. I gave him $10. Worth every penny and he probably saved me more in potential damage. I asked to borrow the leaf blower first but he wouldn't let me do it. Surprise. Haha....
Anyway, I do tip.
