The tax should be 6.5%
If it is just the 3 of you the tips should not be included.

Have a great trip!

One more thing, children under 3 eat free at buffets.

We normally leave 10% tip for the buffets where the servers ONLY have to bring us drinks, and clear our plates.... If we really make them run (after a long day in the park, and our glass empties as fast as they can bring us a new one)we do leave more. For the buffets where they bring you the food, and it is family style we normally leave the full 20%. 15% is normally the reccomended, but the servers in WDW are normally Awsome. We have left more than 20% once or twice, and the server totally deserved it (I think we left between 25 and 30% for one of the greatest servers at Ohanas, she was AMAZING). This is just how we do the tips.

I have never been, but from wdwig she says that the Cost - $49.01 for adults and $24.81 for children 3-11; tax and gratuity included.

So tipping wound not be a problem, unless you just has an amazing waitress, and felt she/he deserved something extra.

I leave a minimum 15%, usually more like 20% at the buffets. Even though they aren't bringing your food, they're still clearing your empty plates...several times over. I have a friend who works at one of the CB buffets and he works as hard there as he did at one of the full service restaurants a few years back.
