365 OR 366--how many days is Annual Pass good for?!

It is not worth it for us to renew our DVC-discounted Annual Passes, as our next planned trip is more than a year beyond our APs' current expiration date.
I have been told 365 by some CMs; 366 just the other day.
We are "stuck " buying a 1-Day Peak Epcot ticket to see the Candlelight Processional, for the 1st performance of 2016 Season, already, provided that the AP REALly is good for 366 days,
OR we will be without Tickets for Thanksgiving Day, ALSO!!

366 most years, 367 leap years. Runs from day you first use it (or buy it on property only) to same day one year later (inclusive).

Where did you buy yours and when did you first use it?

If you bought your AP on Nov 24, 2015 then it will still be vaild through Thanksgiving day, November 24, 2016
