$35 National Coupon

Has anyone used the $35 National "E" Coupon yet this month? (ND2119071Q) It is supposedly good through January 31st.

I have it attatched to my rental for Jan 15 -22 and can't find a physical coupon anywhere. I have been told no coupon is needed, but I am just a little nervous about showing up without a physical coupon.

I'm like you, it made me a little nervous because the last 4 times I used National in 2007 they asked me for a coupon when at the kiosk to drive out. I like to have something, even if it's a printed page describing the coupon like they have on their website (yes I print that too). So I passed on the $35 one and stuck with the $30 one. I noticed the rates went back up too. I'm happy with my rate for my trip in 2 weeks. Good luck with the coupon, and please post back how it went.

I used this $35 coupon for my 2/29 rental. It gave us the best rate. On my email printout it says "blog coupon". I also don't have a physical coupon.

I just played around with reservations through June and it is applying this coupon through at least June. Now if I could just at least see a copy of this coupon somewhere I would be a little more comfortable.

Have used "E" coupons three times in the last year.....have never been asked for the actual coupon......the electronic age is great; most of the time!

In Nov. I used e-coupons with Alamo, National's partner, and was very nervous about not having a real paper coupon, esp. since it was a large group of us renting 3 cars!
They didn't ask for a paper coupon.

I won't use the code without the coupon either. I usually have to fight with them to take the coupons, but being that I don't have the coupon, they will probably ask for it.
That code seems to have no ending life, I put it in for dates in July and it worked. It's been around for a long time.
