So happy (and extremely relieved) to report that the latest blood tests for DD18 are almost completely normal! We reined her in on cheating on the diet, and one blood level that started at 100 is down to 12 (normal is 20 or less) and the other one we have been following that started close to 1000 is now down to 56 (normal is 50 or less). So the trip is 110% on, with only the slightest smallest fragment of concern that will come with us because of course we'll miss being away, but Yay Cinderella, we are on our way soon!

And, because my eyes are sensitive in the blazing Florida sun, I have treated myself by purchasing new sunglasses with Transitions lenses. If I have any luck left, they just might, maybe, hopefully, arrive in my mailbox on Monday, the day before we leave. That way I can have a smaller park purse, and not have to switch to regular glasses and back to sunglasses 45 bajillion times each day! I'm going to look so cool!

Well, this is how I imagine I look. Except with extremely short hair. And more "experience". And possibly a little bit more jiggly in all the wrong places. But who cares, I'm going to see Cinderella!
So less than 3 weeks of me practicing "Of course you can go back to the resort, dear." And "You don't want to meet back up for fireworks? OK, I'll try not to wake you when I get back." And "Well, if you're not ready yet, I think I'll head to the park now, text me when you arrive." And "I know, it's crowded, but luckily we have nowhere to be except here!"

OMG girls - I am here in my hotel room as I type, wearily. Tomorrow is my last full day, and it has been fantastic! Of course, a few bends in the planned road, but I am still going strong!
