33 day calculation. Am I doing this correctly?

Hello, I have silver CC status, for a cruise departing October 13.
So, with 33 days in advance, is my time to sign up (get all docs/pics uploaded, and info input) starting at Sept 10 at midnight ET?

If you go to the DCL app and hit your upcoming cruise it will show when you can do your online check in
