Good news is you can still check out as guest. The 30% and free shipping codes won't work until you enter your Kohl's charge as payment but they will work once you get there. It's a slower process but it works.

I spent $111 over 8 orders. I ended up with 3 Melissa and Doug multipack activity sets (those 'Water Wow' things are great for DD4 when we fly to Florida), two necklaces, 3 robes, 4 dress for DD8, 2 pairs of jeans, and handful of little shirts or socks I used as filler items to get me to $25. I would have done more but the clock stuck midnight and my fun was over. I was actually shocked at how time flew by when I realized I had been frantically shopping and number crunching for an entire 3 hours
I can't wait for Veterans day!

They must have rolled out the account disabling over time - I got stopped right about 11:30pm PT. Some on the East Coast reported getting disabled as early as 9:30pm PT. You were lucky you were able to go the whole time until midnight! I think I got my fourth order in just before they disabled me - immediately after I placed it, I went to look at a list I had saved, and it wouldn't let me do it because my account was disabled. That was probably a good thing, except there's an electric toothbrush calling my name that I probably would have bought in a 5th order....

Oh well. I guess I'll have to wait for the fun to start again tomorrow night at 9pm!

I can't wait. One thing I did this time around which I haven't done before is added things to my online list and then selected them from there to put into the cart when the sale hit. It was nicer than trying to remember the things I had my eye on.I feel bad for everyone that got locked out.

I am trying to remember when it was I got my girls a ton of jeans. That's what they are in need of right now. Every time I look at them someone is sporting high-waters! The $10 off $25 coupon code SHOULD become active at 9pm Pacific Time tonight. Be sure to adjust that for your timezone. It is applied first, then the 30% code will be applied. So to maximize the value, try to keep your cart just over $25 before coupon codes and taxes. That's a bit of a generalization, and assumes you don't care about Kohl's cash (I prefer cheaper prices up front over getting Kohl's cash to be used later) but I'm sure you get the point.

There typically is a 3 hour window from 9pm to 12am PT where existing coupon codes due to expire are ALSO active. For example, the code FPTOY10for $10 off $50 of Fisher Price toys should still be active during that time, allowing you to stack the codes in some cases. Not all codes will stack with all others, so you just have to give things a try to see what works and what doesn't.

Multiple orders using the $10 off $25 and all other codes should be allowed. I placed 4 Monday night using the $10 off $25 code that was valid at that time and all have now shipped without any issue. In years past, I've placed 15 different orders one after the other during the Veteran's sale and not had any problems (well, except for packages lost in shipping - but that's a story for another day).

If I remember right, new sale prices typically kick in in the middle of the 9pm-12am window there somewhere, I'm thinking it's either 10 or 11pm, but I'm not positive. Prices definitely changed on me during the window Monday night. If there is something that is at a great price at 9pm, you probably want to buy it ASAP - the price could change on you for the worse otherwise. But if something is not at a good price, don't buy it right at 9pm, it could very well become a better price in an hour or two. The only reason to rush to buy at 9pm is (1) a great current price that you think will get worse, and/or (2) you want to stack new codes with old codes that will be expiring.

All of this could change at any time, so no promises. Watch your cart prices carefully!

Last night I got DD18 the dress I'd had my eye on, it was $41 and I got it for $20 shipped. I'm thinking it will look pretty great and could even be her graduation dress. Hopefully it will look nice on her.

I wanted to get DD15 a dress too, but nothing was right. I went through the womens selection today instead of juniors and picked a petite black ribbed swing dress. The one review said it runs a little big, so hopefully an XS will be fine as there were no size Small. It was $24.99 so I needed something cheap to get to $25. I got a coral tank for $4.20 for DD18 to wear under a dress she has, so with the two items it was $14 shipped. Wish the dress was gray instead of black but for the price I'll give it a try and hope she likes it.

Just texted my SIL for ideas for her for Christmas. Maybe I can do one more order if she comes back with a suggestion.

I placed 6 orders last night, on top of the 4 I placed Monday night when there was a similar set of codes active. So much for not buying anything else! I got a mini Cuisinart food processor, a George Foreman Grill, a set of shower gels/lotions that we are going to break up for DD to give to friends as Christmas presents, the Sonicare toothbrush I had been eyeing and some replacement brush heads for it, and a few pieces of clothing for myself. Other than the lotion set, all are Christmas presents to myself - even the George Foreman grill We eat a lot of chicken breasts in salads and such, I'm hoping the grill will be quicker than baking them in the oven like I usually do. It was only $15 with all the coupons, so it's worth a try!

I did notice that some prices changed right at 10pm PT, in case anyone wants to store that info away for future reference. Only one item I was looking at was affected, and luckily it was for the better.

I noticed that too. Many of the things I was looking at in the 15$ range jumped up about 2$ in price. Not a huge jump but i saw it happen both sale days.

I ended up getting a pair of shoes, another dress for DD8, and something else I can't remember now.
