September 10th; return to Epcot and Canada and Le Cellier!!!
So, we wake up to this glorious sunrise at the beach. Oh. My. Goodness.

We were like wayyyy impressed with this. Who needs to see the sun"set" when you have a sun"rise" like this one?! It really was beautiful!
We headed downstairs for our complimentary breakfast and planned the day.
Mark wanted to know if we really had to go back to Disney.

Well, yes, dear, we really do, not only are all of our wordly (well wordly for this trip anyway) belongings at Disney, we are also paying for a room at Disney and besides all of that, there is still Disney stuff to see and do!!

After driving back to Disney, and making sure our room was okay and our stuff was still there!

, the plan was to hit Epcot for the afternoon and maybe go back to the Magic Kingdom for a short while before it was closed for Night of Joy.
Back into the trusty little blue car we went and headed over to Epcot. First thing we did is get fast passes for Soarin' as I knew we wanted to go Soarin' again! I had a reservation at LeCellier for lunch. This was another one of those restaurants that I really, really wanted to go to on this trip, and had looked and looked online for availability and just grabbed it when it came up. We were kind of excited to go here and maybe just a bit hungry for something that wasn't chicken!
LeCellier is just like it sounds...you go in there and it's like a cellar as it is kind of dark, and cozy, and cool (celebrate air conditioning!). The tables are kind of close together, but we had a nice table against a back wall, so it felt more private to me.
Mark ordered a steak meal. Mark thought the steak was good, but honestly, he didn't find it extraordinary in anything but the price.
Now when it's like 90 degrees outside with matching humidity, soup is probably not the first thought in most people's heads, but I had read so much about this soup that I really wanted to try it for myself. And, I wanted some of that pretzel bread. And a beer! Yep, the Canadian cast member told me I was doing okay at ordering a "traditional" type Canadian meal. Go, Canada!!!
As a celebration of our anniversary, our server brought us each a glass of champagne...Awww!!
After our meal, we were not yet ready to leave the country of Canada, so we walked around the gorgeous gardens they have there.
and hung around to see the movie called Oh, Canada! decided They changed this movie and it waaaayyyy better than what it used to be. We enjoyed the new version! Oh, Canada, indeed!!!
I had read that Captain E-Oh was back at Epcot, and being a true Michael Jackson groupie, wanted to see this one, so we went back over to Future World and waited for the next showing. This was truly a blast to the past!!!: (Although honestly, I kind of missed seeing Honey I Shrunk the Audience in this place!)
It was time to go Soarin' again, and this was the first time we were in the front row, so there were no dangling feet in front of us to ruin the illusion. Awesome ride with great special effects. I am sure most people know this, but it always amazes me that the guy who designed this got the idea and stuff for this by playing with toys!
Since we were on the Future World side, we decided to go and view the fish in the Living Seas. I think the fish population has grown!!! There were also a few human fish in the tank and actually a guy who actually proposed to his girlfriend while they were in there.

(She said yes, thank goodness!)
We were then going to leave Epcot and go to the Magic Kingdom for an hour or so, so we were heading out of the park, when we once again saw virtually no line for Spaceship Earth. What do you think we did? Yep, we rode it again!
Now here's where it got kind of ugly...we left the park and waited for the monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center. We got off there, and were going to take the monorail to the Magic Kingdom, *but*, the monorail to the Magic Kingdom was closed. They were only allowing people to go to the Magic Kingdom by ferry, and the line was huge. Like really huge! We got in the line, but then I looked at Mark and said no, I just don't want to do this right now.

(I think they were letting people in early for Night of Joy and the crowds were already building up, and I knew the park was going to close at 7anyway). So, instead of fighting the crowds for the Magic Kingdom, we went back up to the short line for the monorail back to Epcot.
When we got back to Epcot, once again, we had no real plan, so we just wandered around the countries for a bit (I like the train set-up in Germany!). I went back to Italy to buy something I had seen earlier. We went to England and actually saw a bit of the Beatles show, the British Invasion. That was fun!
By this time, it was dinnertime and from our experience the other day at Epcot, I knew they did not have a lot of choices for counter service meals. We ended up grabbing something to eat at the American restaurant (typical American hamburger meals!} Nothing too fancy, but the burgers we had were actually pretty good.
We didn't really want to stay at Epcot for Illuminations, and actually, the sky was starting to put on its own Illuminations, as there was some brilliant, blue dramatic lightening flashes all across the lagoon.

We kind of decided that our day had been long enough, and headed back to the little blue car and our nice comfy bed in our nice room at POP Century to dream of our next Disney day!!!
Up next: Magic Kingdom, and a special visit with Eeyore and Friends!!
