well guys heres the deal. I currently weigh in @ 199lbs @ 5'7. Yes its plump, but not obese, but the goal is to be in good condition for my sept trip. So heres how i am proposing my plan i will ride the distance from my house to the polynesian. in exactly 4 months and 1 week. Thats appx 1.5 miles a day. Also strict diet with a huge cheat week as the goal for my trip in sept.
). We are going to WDW for a week in June, so I know that I will eat what I want then, but I plan to come back extra dedicated to finish by September. Not only is it my 30th, but my "little" brother is getting married at the end of September, and I am the "oldest" bridesmaid. . .I am determined not to be an old, pudgy bridesmaid! 
But, it's my brother, so what do you do?? I wouldn't miss it for the world!
I just know there will be a lot of hard work in the time before the wedding!
