just got back..

Peter Pan, Nemo and Mermaid under the sea.. uhg... if you have a 3 year old then maybe.. but if you are an adult.. IMO.. don't waste your time.... if you can walk on do them.. but if not.. move along :)

FP+ should be used on attractions you plan on doing that have long standby wait times regardless of how much they are enjoyed. If you're going to to Pan and aren't able to do it early or late, a FP+ is highly recommended. That being said, Nemo and The Little Mermaid ride usually have standby wait times that are much more manageable than Pan.

Exactly. If it's an attraction you or your group wants to do and it normally has a long line, then you FP+ regardless of how much you like it. Only exception I would say to that is if NOBODY in your group wants to see it, then sure, don't go on it. I've never been a Peter Pan fan (of the movie/story that is), but I enjoy the ride. Not my favorite by any stretch, but it's fun. It traditionally is very crowded, so we use FP+ for it. Nemo and Ariel typically don't have long lines, especially Nemo. The challenging part with Nemo is that Epcot tiers Soarin and TT together, so your remaining choices are rides that often don't need FP+ anyway, including Nemo. So we've used a FP+ in it several times even though standby was only 10 minutes.

Sorry to hear you don't enjoy them. We sure do.

I agree with LSUfan and Klayfish about FP priorities. And then there's the whole "different people enjoy different rides" thing. I wouldn't tell someone I didn't know well that a ride was a waste of THEIR time.

Yup. Peter Pan is often crowded. If it's a must do, I would FP+ it (it's not on my must do list). I never waste an FP+ on Nemo - we enjoy the ride, but the standby is usually short (<20 minutes). Personally, I love the Little Mermaid show (and the ride for that matter) because I like Ariel. However, you can usually get a reasonable wait if you keep an eye on the show lines. As for the ride, I will sometimes FP+ that.

I rode all of them stand-by over Easter/Spring Break with no trouble. Hit Peter Pan early in the morning and had about a 15 minute wait. Under the Sea was less than 10 minute wait. It took us longer to actually wind our way through the queue and find the end of the line than wait once we'd found it. That was about 10am, I think. Nemo was walk-on in the evening.
Peter Pan holds a lot of nostalgia for me, that's the only reason I felt compelled to do it, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to ride any of the three again, FP+ or stand-by. But everyone is different.

I used an FP on Nemo because it was our fourth Epcot day and I really didn't need another FP for Figment.

I don't use a FP for Peter Pan simply because I find the new queue to be more interesting than the ride itself, and FP bypasses it. My usual strategy is to go there within the first 20 minutes the park is open. During slower seasons, that typically lets me walk through at my own pace with no more wait than I want to give myself.

when we got there are rope drop .. we went first to haunted mansion and then over to small world (both rides had no waits) and by the time we got out of Small world .. it was already a 60 minute wait... I guess I was just expecting a lot more from that ride considering the wait time... wasn't much to it MO
