3 Questions CBR stay next week

1st time back since 2009 and seems a lot has changed. Will be staying at CBR

  1. Will be getting Walmart+ food delivery. Do you need to let the CBR front desk know in advance or give special instructions to Walmart? How many days before arrival do you place order?
  2. Signed up for "Direct-to-Room Service", when do you get notification of actual room building and room #
  3. Will have a car rental. We know CBR charges $20/night to park. Does paying this fee also include parking at theme parks? Will they give us a parking tag?

Normally day of arrival works the best should your flight(s) be delayed for any reason.

Day of arrival. Often based on your estimated Arrival time as you indicate on Online Check-in you should receive a MDE notification. But it can happen any time of the arrival day.

Yes a a Disney owned resort guest you get free theme park parking. WDW no longer provides paper parking passes. The CM in the ticket booth can scan your MB, smartphone or resort room key.

We stayed at CBR for Thanksgiving 2021 in a preferred room. When we did online check-in indicated early arrival but had not heard anything after we landed and on the drive there other than the your room is not ready messages. When we got to the resort we stopped at the front desk and the CM called housekeeping to see if there was another room that had been cleaned and there was we were in Martinique. If the same thing happens you can always do what we did. There is no guarantee they can find a room but it does not hurt to try.
