I am planning a Universal visit for no earlier than mid July and no later than the last week August 2017. UT is selling 3 park tickets that are valid starting June 1, 2017. We hope to be able to visit Volcano Bay. Given my dates, do you think it is safe to purchase the 3 park tickets? What would happen if I purchase the tickets and Volcano Bay opening is delayed?
