My Daughter (Casey) just saw this and said, "OMG, See you on the cruise!!"
I think she has the hots for him! LOL Oh, I love this age!!!

Hope it was ok to post that picture here... If not I ill remove it

Could someone recap the FE room number and kid ages? The FE fairy needs to know.

We need to all meet up for drinks, Casey will spend the majority of the time in the Oceaniers club, she LOVES it! We get a pager and they page us when she signs herself out and we meet at our room!

What is everyone's plan for the Nassau day?

I think I finally talked my DW into staying on the ship. Every time we are in Nassau, no matter what ship, she wants to go ashore and explore the city, shop, go to a beach, etc. Maybe if it looks like rain for the CC day we might head over and get some beach time, but otherwise I'm planting my rear end on a chair by the pool.

We're staying on the ship at Nassau so I can sleep by the pool and pig out ;)

Nassau is not one of our favs, unless you like your camera ripped out of your hand so they can charge you for a picture, or being surrounded by sellers! LOL

We are getting a couples massage! I can't wait!

I find the people are quite nice ONCE you get away from the port. On our excursions, getting through the market is the worst part. We've walked all around the city by ourselves and gone to Love beach which was pretty secluded and everyone we've met was really nice. But if you stay near the port or go to one of the popular beachs, IKWYM.

Nassau day for me is stay on board, too. I have been there 10 or 11 times already and I really don't need to go again. Looks like a stay on the ship party to me!

Plus, while I am fine sailing and dining solo, I do not feel comfortable walking in town there alone.

There are many wonderful things to see in Nassau. Atlantis is great. I think everyone should get off the ship which would leave more pool chairs for me. :)

I'm really going to make an effort to stay up until midnight or 1am each night. Normally I'm so tired after stuffing myself at dinner and drinking wine that I head right back to the room. I figure I have all day Sunday to catch up on my sleep.

This is pretty late in the game but I just found this board :confused3, I am bringing the family on this cruise for our first ever. We are big Disney fans and both are involved with the parks in some manner ( I do contract lighting & FX design and my wife is a technician at LaNouba) so this should be a lot of fun. Don't know what to expect but we are UBER excited. It will be myself, Tony (42), Wife Lisa (36), and our 2 boys Alex (6) & Andy (4). So, HI to all!! Oh, we are in room #6122, hope its a good one!

Nice to meet you...
I am Diana 35, Dh is 46, our DD is Casey 9

Spoonces - welcome. We all posted photos so that if be bump into each other we can form a mutiny and sail for a few weeks until the food runs out.

Make sure you explore Nassau because evidently there won't be enough chairs around the ship since it seems EVERYONE (roll eyes) is staying on board. Just kidding. I have a 7 year old - Matthew - (see photo earlier in thread) and am sure he'll see Alex in the club.

Glad you are not one of those irritating people that put their towels down on chairs at 7:30 am yet are never seen actually sitting there all day.

JK. I see you guys are leaving in just a few days. Have a great trip to the World. Wish we could go there first for a few days, but we have US and SW passes this year.

Thank you all, I haven't figured out the photo thing yet but my Wife and boys are in my avatar. We are going on the Dolphin Encounter excursion at Nassau, I have always wanted to do the Dolphin thing but have not had the opportunity so I guess this is it!!
I don't think I have ever been so excited for a family vacation and my boys are about out of their minds!! I have been reading everything I can find, I'm surprised the boss hasn't fired me for all the reading I do at work...
Hoipefully we will see some of you all onboard, i have just no idea what to expect even after all my reading, I'm sure my wife thinks I'm more nuts than normal.

I do have one question for those in the know, if there is rain or bad weather the day of our excursion, do they or can we, cancel or will they still charge us??
