3 month old baby in Cabana?

For those of you that have used a cabana at DC do you think that they would offer enough shade and protection for a 3 month old baby? We have our trip booked for Aug 2013 and we have booked DC non dolphin swim (we've been previously). However DD has recently found out that she's pregnant and the baby will be 3 months old when we travel. My first instinct is that it's too young to take to DC but if there's plenty of shade in the cabanas and there's a fan, then they would possibly be ok? I'm really looking for some advice, so if anyone can help me I sure would appreciate it!

Unlike the cabanas at Aquatica. the ones at DC don't have sides that close off completely. That said, we found they provided plenty of shade, and ours was located in a pretty lush area (adjacent to the Grand Reef) that provided some natural coverage as well. Here are some pics:
