From these boards I read that I can visit some of the resorts and get a 3 hour parking pass. What happen if I am over the 3 hours?? We want to visit all the monorail resorts during an upcoming visit and maybe even take the boat to WL. If I overextend myself past the 3 hours will they charge me? If that happens I don't really mind but I would like to know how much and how strict they are? Thanks

I've seen cars towed from both the Polynesian and Contemporary lots.

Your best bet in your case is to park in the TTC lot and go from there. That way you can stay as long as you'd like and never have to worry about being late or the "what-if's." :goodvibes

Disney is getting pretty strict with this. We visited WDW the last week in March and on our last day drove to the Contemporary to shop and use their arcade. You now have to park in a separate visitors lot quite far from the entrance, and they would only give us a pass for 1 hour because we did not have dining reservations. I think people have been abusing the monorail parking lots to avoid the TTC. Disney seems to be taking this quite seriously now. The guard told my DH they prefer all to park in the TTC and take the monorail or buses from there to resort hop.

Thank you very much for posting your recent experience. Many think its no big deal to park there and stay all day. With the North Wing section of parking closed, there's even less parking available to CR guests.

This is great to hear that they are cracking down on non-CR guests parking there for long periods of time.
