3 days to go and still no Fp+!

Had anyone else had these problems? I'm staying at POR from 31/10 for 15 nights and still have no tickets linked to my mde to enable fp+' Booked tkts and accom via the us site last year. I have rung Disney 5 times now, 3 to the it number. Last time I called I was told not to ring them back as they would let me know when it was fixed! It isn't fixed and we leave on Thursday.

I know I should be able to resolve this with the resort when we arrive but who wants to spend the first few hours of their holiday trying to sort out Disney it problems? When it is fixed I can't use the app because it's not supported for my galaxy note!

On plus side I did get all my adrs I wanted, la nouba, MVMCP and the mk train experience for my dh and dd. Booking shows magic bands are at the resort but not sure which colour as they kept reverting to grey! Sure we'll have a great time, just glad fp is still running at the mo. Tbh we're not looking for the big rollercoasters just trying to avoid the long queues for the likes of TSM & PP.

Sorry for the rant, just so frustrating and Disney it seem to have thrown their hands up in defeat.
 
You poor thing. I absolutely know how frustrating it is as I had the same but I'm not going until December. It really does just seem to be the CM that you get as finally yday I struck lucky and, although I listened to hold music for 45 mins, she said she had spine to someone who had 'released' the tickets on my package and then I was able to make FP+ straight away. We just wanted the kids rides too and I really didn't want to have to sort it on arrival.
I made sure I had checked in online first etc etc so they couldn't say to do that and then just kept phoning until someone helped! Perhaps try ringing one more time and just say you know it's possible so you're willing to wait whilst they find out what to do. I genuinely said nothing different each time but this time the CM helped!

Thanks for your support. I will probably try again later this afternoon. The last CM I spoke to said that a ticket had been raised and from time to time things do seem to be happening on my account.
Last time I looked the adrs were still showing but not the accommodation! At last Mickey mail has arrived confirming it all so I know they still have that!
I'm not able to check in online as it puts the account into a perpetual loop and the only way out is to log out and try again.
Will report back later, hopefully with good news.
 
Thanks so much! Glad I took your advice and tried again. The CM I spoke to this time was so helpful, told me to hang on and she'd fix it, and she did! Fp+ now booked for us all. Just need to put last few bits in suitcase and we're off to Gatwick tomorrow, fly on Thursday. Can't wait!
 

Glad you sorted it out. I had to call tech support to sort out the many problems on my account and they were really helpful and got it all sorted in no time.
