So I'm planning a 10 day trip to Orlando,,starting with the first 6 days in Disney then 3 full days at Discovery Cove,Sea World, and Aquatica. We'll check out at Disney on a Wed. to go to a Villa off Disney property for the remaining 4 days, leaving us 3 full days for those three parks. Is one full day at each enough time to experience them? We'll probably start with DC, then SW and our last day at Aquatica, we'll go home the following day. And we don't rent a car, we use ME. How would we get back to the airport leaving a Villa in Orlando? Is there any other type of transportation? Or are we better off staying at our Disney resort the full 10 days? Is there a bus that will take us to the SW parks from Disney property? Sorry for all the questions, we have always stayed at Disney the whole time, the Sea World experience is all new to us:)

If it were me, I would move from your Disney resort to a SeaWorld onsite hotel for the latter part of your vacation (rather than an offsite villa). That would provide you with free bus transporation between the SeaWorld parks during that portion of your vacation, early entry to SW & AQ on select dates, and free Quick Queue (front of the line) passes at SeaWorld.

Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld will offer you a villa-style experience, and its one of the 7 onsite properties. It might be the fit you are looking for.

I would take a taxi from your Disney resort to Seaworld, and from your Seaworld resort to the airport. Its the easiest. And I like easy on vacation.

Discovery Cove is a full day. Aquatica is a full day. And Seaworld is a full day and then some (we like 2 full days for SW....but you can hit your major must-do's in single a day, especially if you have Quick Queue to skip all lines on the rides). You might want to hit up Seaworld in the evening after you are finished at Aquatica, if the park hours allow.
