3 bdrm. at HH for weekend before Thanksgiving ... anyone know cash rate?

Has anyone booked a 3 bdrm. at HH the weekend before Thanksgiving and gotten a cash rate? What was the rate? We are due to arrive on Sunday and are contemplating adding on Sat. night.

If I remeber right, it should be around $400 or so including taxes.
