3/7/09 Western Caribbean - Meet Information

Hello to all the new people on the cruise... We just got our Docs yesterday and I am so excited... Right now we are in room 5014. It is just across the hall from where I was on the Trans cruise in 07.

We are also doing Stingray City with Capt. Marvins. We have used them before and they are great. The price is about $10 cheaper then what Disney is offering and we are going to 2 more places before the Stingrays. I am very excited for that.

Today I am going to be getting my Magnet Paper for the Door. The cruise so close I really don't know where the time went.

Wow! There are a lot more dissers on this cruise than last year. It's going to be hard to remember all of you.

I have printed out all of my magnets. I just have to laminate and put magnets on the ones that were'nt printed on magnet paper. I have 4 t-shirts yet to put together as well. My group didn't want to wear matching t-shirts but I convinced my DNW, DNDD2 and my DD to wear one with me.

I'm hoping to hear from my TA today about our cruise docs. Hopefully they will be in this week.

Have we decided on a DIS meet time and location?

Hey Gang!

I will be onboard as well. This will be my 41st cruise and my 2nd on Disney. Was on Disney Wonder a couple of years ago and had a blast. Am looking forward to spending a whole week onboard. Three nights wasn't long enough.

Let me know if you have a meet and greet planned. Would be foun to meet and put faces to names.

pirate:WELCOME ABOARD!pirate:
42 cruises and only one DCL!!!!!! Glad you have returned!:grouphug:

We booked this cruise on Feb. 6 for our VERY FIRST cruise!! I pinch myself every day to realize that my very first cruise is a DISNEY cruise! It's just my husband and myself, as we are sort of empty nesters (youngest is at college). The Michigan winter has been long and dreary, and we're ready for some sun and warmth. I'd love to meet up with you all!

Do you all book shore excursions? Or do you play it by ear? We figure we can just wander and have fun in Key West, but we don't know what to do about Grand Cayman and Cozumel. Any suggestions?

See you soon!

Jan

WELCOME TO YOUR VERY FIRST CRUISE!!!! We are also "sort of" empty nesters, too, although we bring our 31 year old disabled son with us when we cruise. Oh, we'll have lots of fun!

Our thread just can't seem to stay on the front page. Oh well.

Categories 4-10 and 12 are still available for our dates. May not be a full ship.

Can't wait to meet you all at 3:00 in 2 weeks. I'll be wearing my LGMH and a yellow T-shirt.

Ladies I see you speak of door magnets you are making at home. How do they work and what do they look like. Im a litle bit crafty and perhaps I could pull this off for something I could do.

With only 11 days, If you could spare any time with any info we would be greatful.
