3/4 - 3/7 Wonder Trip Report

We had a WONDERful time on the 3 night Wonder with our children (DD 5, DS 6).

The weather was perfect. Sunny both days in the Bahamas
Opted for the Blue Lagoon beach day. The kids had a great time. Water a bit cool but nice once you got used to it.
The food here was horrible. I would suggest getting sandwiches from Room Services and putting them in a soft cooler.

Castaway Cay...beautiful. Kids spent the morning in the kids club and then we took them out at about 1 PM to enjoy the water and float on the tubes. Buffet lunch was good.

Our room 5020 was great and the kids enjoyed the towel animals left each night.

The kids spent 95% of the time at the Oceaneer Club/Lab...had to drag them out to see the show each night.

Our dining rotation was PTA. I must say our least favorite was Animators Palate...the dining room was terrific but the food just ok. I didn't even try to get reservations for Palo since this was our first trip. We enjoyed the other restaurants.

Received a lovely box with 2 frames from Dreams Unlimited. We will definitely book our next cruise with them!

Thanks for your report and great that you had wonderful weather!

I am going on the 4-night Wonder on Mar 14. I have checked the weather forecast and found that it was going to be windy next week.

Are there any last minute tips you can give me?

It was a bit windy when we were in the Bahamas so I wouldn't worry about windy forcasts. As far as last minute tips...don't miss the shows, try to get Palo reservations if you can, and if you are travelling with children let them participate in the kid clubs as much or as little as they want! Have a great trip! You will get hooked...I have already requested information for the 7 night western for next March!
