That's awesome! We'll be at the same place at the same time. If I can find some green mickey's, I'll keep them posted around us. We've requested to stay in the Ranchos. :)

Taking a look at tracking information from the NOAA website, I don't think #6 is going to be too much to worry about. It looks like it is definitely going to be a hurricane, but even the very early estimate for Saturday has it many hundreds of miles from the coast.

If it made it's way towards us, it looks like it would be late next week. And hey, if most of us are already there, that could mean extra days. Right? RIGHT?

We'll be there the 10th-16th. I'm not too keen on this new storm that's brewing...I'm hoping MNSSHP will be kept "safe" from it.

We'll be there 9/8 to 9/16. Only 3 days left until we leave. Tropical depression #6, PLEASE GO AWAY, don't ruin our planned vacation. (That we've planned for 6 months). My DD (Ally) really wants to see "The Mouse and Jo Jo and The Lion.

We will be there in less than 36 hours!!! Can't wait, 2nd time in 20+ years

That Tropical Depression is now officially named Florence, but it's too soon to tell whether it'll affect our trips. Hopefully Florence will head NE and stay in the ocean.

We fly on the 12th, and by this time next week I should be checking into Pop Century! :goodvibes

Glendamax, you are leaving for WDW on the same day as us. :cool1: We are returning home on 9/16, so that we can take our DD to the MNSSHP on 9/15. I'm really getting excited but also a little nervous because of the Tropical Depression #6. :worried: Only 2 MORE DAYS until we leave for The World :cheer2: :cheer2: I hope you and your family have a GREAT trip. :grouphug: :grouphug:

That means it's no longer a Tropical Depression, but it's now a Tropical Storm.

I'm hoping it heads NE as well. I won't mind it raining and such, but I really don't want to miss out on our first MNSSHP.

I hope Florence blows far away from Florida! I am seriously getting a little worried. :guilty:

Same here. I'm most worried about our flight, and it would be a bummer if it rained on our MNSSHP parade. I can handle rain at other times OK. Just get me there as scheduled and let me enjoy MNSSHP! : )

If you're so excited you could POP, here is a way to use that nervous energy:

It's mindless fun while I'm waiting for 9/12 to get here.

I'm also getting a little worried... I'm going to start a "Florence" post.

Then, maybe those in FL who know a little bit more about this than lil' old me in Canada can fill us in. :goodvibes

Yay! Count me in...I just found out my family and I are going this Fri, the 8th through the 10th. We have AP's, and weren't planning on returning till Oct 12. But my Mom decided yesterday we should go and get the most out of our passes. I'm 22, and I have a 5 year old sister that I don't get to see as often as I like. I live on my own an hour and a half away from my family, so times like this are so exciting for us. She loves WDW! (who wouldn't?) Anyway, can you tell I'm excited? ;) See you all there!!!

PS We're staying at ASMo
