Looks like it'll stay out at sea. It's worth keeping an eye on, but all projections are currently showing that it shouldn't be a concern for Orlando.

At least DH and I aren't travelling to the airport like last time. We stayed overnight at the Westin at an airport and couldn't sleep all night... not even with a heavenly bed.

We just sat up starring at the clock.

I am all packed up! Tomorrow we head up to Chicago...we'll be spending the next day and a half with my family. Then it's off to the airport on Sunday morning!

Leaving Sunday, 6:55AM Petsitter coming today for keys and instructions, 3 more loads of laundry to go, then SERIOUS packing!
Then I get to just sit and wait and count the hours.

This will be my EIGHTH trip, DH's seventh, and my mom and dad's FIRST trip since 1977!!!

9/9: off-site
9/10: check in at POP and then head to AK
9/11: MK
9/12:MGM
9/13: rest day!
9/14: EP
9/15: EP

Does anyone know what the weather is going to be like this week?

I don't wear shorts... or skirts... I've packed all pants and tank tops. Am I going to be sorry? Fill me in on what you are packing!!!

I can't believe it's finally here. Now gotta just get through work today. That is so hard!!!

And I'm not fully packed yet. Yikes! Wish I had some pixiedust to magically pack my suitcase.

I packed two pairs of gaucho pants, 2 tee-shirts, multiple tank tops, shorts, and 2 skirts. I think you might be hot in pants. It's 90+ degrees there with high humidity.

I'm the same about pants; my main wardrobe will consist of jeans next week. Shorts and I don't get along very well.

It will be very hot and humid in Florida and being that you are from Canada it may be a big adjustment for you. I hope that I'll be able to endure it as I'm used to the heat from living in Texas - but I'm not used to Florida humidity. The humidity will be tough. I'm also hoping that crowds will remain low as they currently appear to be and allow for ride and attraction lines to be short enough that you are able to continually move in and out of air conditioned buildings.

If you have never before been able to handle heat and humidity well, I’d pack some shorts for back-up in case you aren’t able to handle it well in pants next week.

were leaving at 3 am for the airport.........were packing shorts and t-shirts all light colored!!!! were doing the last of the laundry and cleaning the cat box today!!! were packing the car before we go to bed.............. everyone have a great trip!
